Water Softening Plants

Natural water contains minerals comprising of calcium and magnesium, along with other compounds in different concentrations.

These minerals can cause scale deposits in industrial equipment using water from municipal and other sources which can result in downtime and financial losses.

A water softener uses ion exchange resins to remove calcium and magnesium from the water. Sodium chloride is used as a regenerant to remove the minerals that become saturated on the resin bed. Water after the removal of calcium and magnesium is referred to as soft water.

We provide customized water softening plants to suit individual requirements of output water from drinking water applications to pharmaceutical production, boiler feed water and food processing requirements.
